Had a small issue with our food I understand it was busy been there before definitely going back but not on any holidays. Ordered steak medium rare and it was well done, parts were overcooked. Truly outstanding. So why 4 stars? 
Delmonico's from Dodge City Menu It would have been appropriate if at least 1 of the 3 hostesses had directed us to the waiting area instead of letting us stand at the door the entire time we waited. The solution was to throw yourself on the mercy of the waiter and ask for his recommendations. If a guest ordered badly he (only men were given this task) imagined he could hear his waiter snickering. At Delmonico's Italian Steakhouse we are passionate about steak. The desserts were great too and the wine was marvelous. Had it not been for that I would give all 1 stars. When they do agree to accept bills they return change in the form of tickets good for future purchases. The dishes shown are scarcely French fare.

Did Wenberg have anything to do with Lobster Newburg? If you get it wrong you look like a fool.
