For a dispute or claim relating to the intellectual property of you, Site Owner, and/or Service Provider, or any of Site Owners and/or Service Providers corporate family members (for example, trademarks, trade dress, domain names, trade secrets, copyrights, or patents), the list from the National Roster shall be limited to individuals who either previously served as a federal judge or is an attorney who has specialized in intellectual property law for at least ten (10) years.
