Meek Mill is having his best year yet.
After going public with the woman of his dreams, superstar pop-rapper Nicki Minaj, the emcee has scored his first No. 1 album.
His latest, “Dreams Worth More Than Money,” opened at the top of the Billboard 200 after moving 246,000 equivalent album units during its first week of release, according to Nielsen Music. Equivalent album units is Nielsen’s term for the figure that represents traditional album sales, track equivalent albums (each time 10 units of a single from an album are sold) and streaming statistics.
“Dreams Worth More Than Money” is Meek’s second studio album, following 2012’s “Dreams and Nightmares.”
