Students at Montclair State University attended an end-of-the year concert with Ne-Yo and Hot 97 ‘s DJ Enuff who performed to a sold-out audience on Friday night.

Ne-Yo Is an American R&B singer, songwriter, record producer, dancer and actor. He gained fame for his songwriting abilities when he penned the 2004 hit ‘Let Me Love You’ for singer Mario. The notoriety that Ne-Yo gained from the single’s successful release prompted Def Jam’s record label executive to offer him a recording contract. He has gone on to write songs for artists such as Rihanna, Beyonce, Celine Dion, Whitney Houston, Carrie Underwood and Enrique Iglesias to name a few. He has also received several Grammy award nominations for his work among other notable recognitions.
